Saving 10 hours a week for Empowered Academy
Since 2020, I have been working with Ben Clarke from Empowered Academy. Ben runs a coaching business that assists individuals with reconnecting and revealing their most empowered selves so they can perform better in their daily lives.
The situation
The Empowered Academy hosts many events and workshops throughout the year. Ben’s duties include planning/hosting the events, booking venues, online marketing, and communicating with his customers. He ensures they receive the best care and attention.
All these activities keep him very busy and make him acknowledge that TIME and ENERGY are his most precious resources in running his life and business. To create more time and energy, we are constantly looking for ways to automate more processes and eliminate unnecessary customer touch points.
Ben's experience

The solution
We have created the following solutions that save Empowered Academy more than ten hours per week.
- • An individual page for all his services. This way, each service has its unique URL and can be easily used in marketing campaigns (i.e., empoweredacademy.com/the-breakthrough-weekend)
- • A checkout option for each event: Both user and admin will receive an email after a successful transaction. The admin gets details about the customer + payment, and the customer receives information related to the event (i.e., info pack, enrolment form, Facebook community group)
- • An option to request an info pack before purchasing
